Just 18 km from Hurghada is the new resort  of Sahl Hasheesh. From Arabic, this name translates as “Green Valley”. In ancient times, it was called Isis, after the Egyptian goddess of witchcraft and magic, and was a prosperous port until it was flooded. Today, the city is being restored.

At the entrance to the territory of Sahl Hasheesh, you will see monumental columns, copies of the pillared hall of the Karnak Temple in Luxor. Along the road, bright greenery and numerous tall and low palm trees greet you. And here you are – Old Town Sahl Hasheesh.

A magnificent  white sand beach stretches for 600 m along the coastline. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols, soft sand, beautiful sea, rich underwater world, gentle sun – everything is at your disposal. And if you are hungry, the restaurant on the beach invites you to a delicious lunch.
