Boat excursion “Hamata Island”

Please note that the fee for staying in the protected area is $6 and is not included in the cost of the tour. This tax is paid by each guest from the age of 6. When ordering an excursion, the amount of the fee is paid in advance for each guest.

Landing on the visited islands of Hamata and Om El Sheikh is prohibited!

Check-out from hotels starting at 04:45 (Al Qusayr area), depending on the location of the hotel.

The tour program includes:

– Shuttle service to Hamata Port (approximately 140 km from Marsa Alam Airport)

– departure from the pier at 09:00;

– travel time to Syal Island is about 40 minutes by yacht;

– a stop for snorkeling in the open sea for about an hour;

– Guests can reach Syal Island on their own or by motorboat (free of charge);

– stay on Syal Island for about 30 minutes (beach holidays, swimming from the shore, walking along the unique coast with mangroves, bird watching and island inhabitants);

– return to the yacht (on your own or by motor boat);

– travel time to Hamata Island is about 30 minutes by yacht;

– snorkeling near the island for about an hour;

– Lunch and refreshments on board;

– travel time to the small island of Um El Sheikh Island is about 20 minutes by yacht;

– snorkeling near the island for about an hour;

– arrival at the pier of the port of Hamata by 15:00;

– Transfer to the hotel.
