1st day: Ras Mohammed National Park
Early in the morning, our representative will meet you at the reception of your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Taba or Nubeibah. If you are staying in a hotel in another city in Egypt or in Cairo, we can arrange a transfer for you to Sinai.
You will go to Ras Mohammed National Park. It is located in the southern part of the Sinai Peninsula and covers an area of 480 km2 of both land and part of the coastline of the Red Sea. Here you can meet birds of many species, and if you are lucky, even a desert fox or gazelle.
Traveling through the territory of Ras Mohammed, you will get real pleasure from many beautiful places; see deep cracks from earthquakes, visit mango forests, swim in the turquoise waters of the Magic Lake and relax for a while on the sandy shore, enjoying the silence. Here you will get lunch. And, of course, don’t forget to explore the extraordinary underwater world! A few steps from the shore there are beautiful corals, a huge number of exotic fish, as well as many other underwater inhabitants and plants. And there are very few tourists! Spend the night camping – this is your first night under the most beautiful starry sky, which can only be seen away from the city.

Day 2: Ras Mohammed National Park – Wadi Feiran – Valley of the Inscriptions – Valley of Messages – Serabit El Khadem
After breakfast, you will be taken by jeep to Wadi Feiran, which is located on the other side of the Sinai Peninsula, so you will have to cross it. Wadi Feyran is the largest in the Sinai Valley and one of the most important archaeological and historical sites in its territory. It is said that it was here that Moses, touching the rock with his cane, gave the thirsty Israelites a drink from the spring. This is evidenced by some remains of ancient churches. And the nature itself here is unusually beautiful: A lush palm forest surrounded by rough desert and steep cliffs gave Wadi another name “Pearl of Sinai“. You’ll have some time to rest before heading to Wadi Magara, the so-called Valley of the Inscriptions. The inscriptions on the rocks date back to the early period of the pharaohs of Egypt, when there were mines for the extraction of turquoise and copper. There are several engravings with the names of mine officials. In addition, The remains of an ancient fortified settlement were discovered here. After lunch, you will travel through Wadi Muqattab, the Valley of Messages, where there are countless ancient paintings and inscriptions in the Nabataean language on the sheer walls of the cliffs. Finally, you’ll pass by Gebel Magara Mountain. You will set up camp upon arrival in Serabit al-Khadem. On the way, make a short stop at the mausoleum of Sheikh Khubos, a religious dignitary highly revered by the locals.

3rd day: Serabit – Hathor Temple – Himayer
After breakfast, you will begin the ascent to Mount Serabit until you reach the temple of Hathor, the goddess of love and joy. Also, many miners who once worked here in the mines revered her as the mistress of Sinai, the turquoise land. There are still some engravings in the temple. After descending the mountain, you will have some time to rest and lunch, after which you will meet your new companions, well-trained camels and their experienced Bedouin guides. You will now head east, crossing the sandy area of Rummlach until you arrive at the unique area of Himmayer with rock formations and high sand dunes. Set up camp here.

4th day: Himaier – Forest of Pillars – El Garaba
After breakfast, before continuing your journey, you can take a walk along the sand dune. At the foot of Mount Fuga, you will see the Forest of Pillars – black pillars, exposed by erosion, look like a forest against a background of colored dominant sandstone. There will be lunch here. In the afternoon, drive to El Garaba, where you will enjoy the magnificent sunset and spend the night.

Day 5: Wadi Garaba – Bir El Akhdar – Wadi Juffa – Ras Zaranig
After breakfast, you will begin your journey through the picturesque Wadi Garaba, making a short stop at the romantic oasis of Bir El Akhdar, where you will enjoy lunch in the green garden. In the afternoon, drive through Wadi Juffa to Ras Zaranig to camp here before your upcoming trek through the beautiful Zaranig Canyons.

6th day: Zaranig Canyons – Wadi Zalagha
After breakfast, you will hike through the canyons of Zaranig, with high rock walls; when it rains, the water flows from here to the coast of Nuweiba. Here you will surely enjoy not only the magnificent nature that surrounds you, but also the peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Set up camp in Wadi Zalagh.

7th day: Wadi Zalagha – El Gouna Plateau
Today you will cross Wadi Zalagh and come to the sheer wall of the El Gouna plateau. The plateau is 1700 meters high and about 50 kilometers long. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains, the walls of which are mostly red and yellow, and bizarre forms of weathering are also common. This is where you set up camp.

8th day: El Gouna Plateau – Wadi Imhamed – Zig Zag Canyon – Wadi Arada
After breakfast, you will descend from the plateau through Wadi Imhamed to Zig-Zag Canyon, a narrow sandstone canyon with a sandy floor that passes through sheer walls and large rock formations. The exit leads to Wadi Marra with numerous acacia trees. In the afternoon, reach Wadi Arad, where you will set up camp.

9th day: Bir Safra – El Hadouda Sand Dune – Gebel Mutamir
After breakfast, you will continue your journey through the beautiful grounds with its stunning sandstone formations until you reach the idyllic Bir Safra spring, located in an open area at the intersection of two valleys. You will have the opportunity to refresh yourself with water from the spring. Later, you will come to the great sand dune of El Hadouda is really something special, because the Sinai desert is mostly made up of mountains and does not have enough territory for large dunes. Here you will make a short stop and you can rest, have lunch, wander around the dune or drive off it a couple of times. In the afternoon you will set up camp at the foot of Mount Gebel Mutamir.

Day 10: Gebel Mutamir – Gebel Mahrum – Navamis
After breakfast, you will drive to Gebel Barka, an interesting sandstone formation in Gebel Mahrum with a huge hole running through it. There are many other rock formations in the area, as well as small caves and sand dunes. You’ll have plenty of time to walk around the area before your lunch is ready. After lunch, go to Navamis, where you will set up camp.

Day 11: Navamis – Ain Khudra Oasis
Today you will dedicate a day by visiting some cultural monuments. Navamis is a series of circular pyramidal structures made of sandstone blocks, with small openings facing west. Most likely, these are ancient burial chambers, but this is still shrouded in mystery. After lunch, you will go to the oasis of Ain Khudra, surrounded by numerous palm trees with springs. Here you can swim, have dinner and spend the night.

Day 12: Ain Khudra Oasis – White Canyon – Blue Hole – Ras Abu Galum National Park
After breakfast, you can swim in the spring again or just relax in the shade of the green palm trees. And now your journey on foot through the beautiful White Canyon begins. The gorge got its name because of the white walls. Take your time, enjoy the unique scenery while hiking through the gorge and be sure to keep your camera ready! After lunch, we will take you to the most famous place for scuba diving – the Blue Hole, a real paradise for snorkeling. Here you will have about an hour to snorkel and fin or just sunbathe. Later, you will continue your trip to the magnificent Ras Abo Galum National Park. Throughout the trip, we will make sure to make several stops so that you can relax a little and capture the most beautiful views on camera. You will be able to do this trip on foot or on a camel. Abu Galum is a beautiful corner of nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will spend the night in a camp on the shore. Here you will have a delicious Bedouin dinner and a night under the stars.

Day 13: Ras Abu Galum National Park – Nabq Nature Reserve
After breakfast, you will have some time to swim or just soak up the rays of the gentle sun. Ras Abu Galum is a great place to explore the underwater world, as there are very few tourists here. You can even meet turtles and dolphins here. Then, it’s time to hike or camel back, after which you’ll be taken by car to the Nabq Nature Reserve. It covers an area of about 600 km2 of both land and sea and unites several ecosystems. Here you can find fascinating landscapes of the turquoise sea and the romantic coast, the rough desert and the great Mount Sinai, blue lagoons and green flowering massifs. You will visit Wadi Kid with its rich flora and learn about the famous mango trees – a dense forest with numerous mango thickets along the coastline. Many birds nest here, and among the animals you can meet a gazelle or a hyena. You’ll have lunch at a Bedouin village before setting off to discover the beauty of the Nabq Bay area on the back of a camel. Then you will take a jeep to the coast, where we will make a stop for you to rest and swim a little. The coast of Nabq Bay is rich in various coral reefs, fish and other marine life. You will also be able to see the wreck of the Maria Schroeder, which ran aground on a reef near the shore during a sandstorm about 60 years ago. Here you will watch the sunset and then head back to your hotel. This concludes our excursion program.
